By accessing or using the Basis Report website and services located at basisreport.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Basis Report reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Basis Report provides equity research reports for publicly traded companies. Reports are delivered electronically to the email address you provide. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
The reports and content provided by Basis Report are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any securities. You should always conduct your own research and consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
Basis Report is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

All content generated by and displayed on Basis Report, including but not limited to reports, analysis, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Basis Report and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use reports generated for your personal, non-commercial use.
Basis Report offers monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the rate of your selected plan until you cancel.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you first subscribe. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credits are added to your account at each renewal and accumulate — unused credits from prior periods remain available in your balance.
All accounts include 3 free lifetime report credits, available regardless of subscription status. Free credits are applied before any paid subscription credits are consumed.
Active subscribers are entitled to one free re-generation of any report they have received within the past 2 years (17,520 hours), at no additional credit cost. This benefit is active while your subscription remains in good standing. If your subscription lapses, the standard 24-hour free refresh window applies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your plan credits until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period.
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at billing@basisreport.com within 7 days of the charge.
Basis Report reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of any price increase via email to the address on your account before the change takes effect on your next renewal.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Basis Report does not store your full payment card details. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that Basis Report may collect, store, process, and use data provided by you, including but not limited to email addresses, ticker symbols requested, and usage patterns. Basis Report reserves the right to use this data for analytics, product improvement, marketing, research, and business purposes, including sharing aggregated or anonymized data with third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Basis Report and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Basis Report does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any report or data.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Basis Report from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Basis Report may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
